On the other hand, the use and collection of data is necessary to fulfill our obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

- You have the right to claim compensation for any damages you suffer as a result of your personal data being processed in violation of the law.
You can submit your applications regarding your rights mentioned above by completing the Data Subject Application Form according to the instructions written on it, and delivering a signed copy in person to Şirintepe Mah.
