Delivery, Cancellation, and Return Terms
GENERAL:
1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased item, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE:
4. If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in their bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
5. If unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
6. The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; they shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging. Goods/services received shall be deemed undamaged and in good condition. The BUYER is obligated to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
7. The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, by notifying the SELLER through the following contact information, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

9. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 7 (seven) days, and the product must be unused in accordance with the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions set forth in this agreement.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
10. The return form and the product(s) being returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the original packaging and any standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
11. The SELLER is obligated to return the total amount and any documents obligating the BUYER to debt within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, and to retrieve the goods within 20 days.
12. If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to a fault of the BUYER, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product within the withdrawal period.
13. If the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount received under the campaign will be cancelled.

14. You can use the cash-on-delivery option or pay with your credit card through our website. We offer online single payment or online installment options for all types of credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME
15. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart on sorbedrink.com. Orders are handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days after confirmation. Orders placed during public holidays and festivals will be processed on the first working day after the holiday. Apart from these situations, you can contact our company for information on different delivery conditions. Shipping is only valid for Türkiye.
