1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

At Sorbe Drink, freshness is our priority. Orders completed before 2 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day; orders placed after this time are shipped the following business day. Packages delivered to the shipping company usually arrive at your address within 24-72 hours, depending on the distance. Even during peak periods in promotional campaigns, we maintain our promise of "shipping within a maximum of 48 hours".

2. Is there a risk of glass bottles breaking during shipping? What precautions do you take?

This is our top priority. Sorbe Drink bottles are transported in specially manufactured double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes with high shock-absorbing separators. Each bottle is isolated within the box to prevent contact with others. Thanks to this packaging discipline, which exceeds transportation standards, our breakage rate is below 0.1%.

3. What should I do if my package arrives damaged or the bottle is broken?

Don't worry, you're covered by Sorbe Drink's guarantee. If you notice a leak or damage to your package, having the courier fill out a "Damage Report" will speed up the process; however, if you don't have this option, simply take a photo of the damaged bottle and send it to our WhatsApp support line within 24 hours. Replacement products for damaged items will be sent to you immediately via priority shipping, without any extra charge.

4. How much is the shipping fee, and do you have a limit on free shipping?

We keep our shipping costs transparent. Our standard shipping fee is a fixed rate throughout Türkiye. However, to encourage responsible consumerism and offer advantages for bulk purchases, we cover the shipping cost for all orders of 750 TL and above on our website.

5. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone number registered in our system and a tracking link to your email address. You can also track your shipment's location and estimated delivery time live by logging into your "My Account" panel on our website and accessing the "My Orders" section.

We offer a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience easier on our website. You can pay with credit cards and debit cards from all banks (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Troy).

2. How secure is your payment page and my card information?

Your security is our top priority. Sorbe Drink's e-commerce infrastructure is protected by a 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the bank's infrastructure in encrypted form and is never viewed or stored by us. All your transactions are required to go through the "3D Secure" (SMS-verified secure payment) layer.

3. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Due to food safety concerns and the speed of our logistics operations, we currently do not offer cash on delivery. However, you can complete your order securely and quickly using credit card or bank transfer options.

1. What do "Sugar-Free" and "Naturally Sweetened" mean?

Sorbe Drink products never contain refined white sugar, corn syrup (glucose/fructose), or artificial sweeteners (aspartame, etc.). We use only natural date juice, the purest form of the fruit, to sweeten our products. This enhances the fruity character of the drink while offering a healthier option.

2. Do your products contain preservatives or artificial colors?

No. Everything you see inside Sorbe Drink bottles comes entirely from nature. We don't use any chemical preservatives (such as sodium benzoate). Our colors are the natural pigments of the fruits and plants. For example, the unique purple color of our basil sherbet is the natural essence that fresh basil leaves release into the water during brewing.

3. Is it normal for sediment to form at the bottom of the bottle?

That's absolutely normal, in fact, it's a "proof of purity." We make real herbal infusions, not powder mixes. Micro-particles of herbs and fruits can settle to the bottom over time. You can gently invert the bottle before consuming to allow these natural extracts to redistribute.

4. What is the shelf life of the products and how should they be stored?

Thanks to our sterile production and vacuum glass bottling technology, our products retain their freshness for 1 year at room temperature, in a cool place away from sunlight, as long as the lid remains unopened. However, for the best taste experience, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator and consuming them chilled.

5. What is the shelf life after opening the lid?

Our products have a live structure because they contain no preservatives. After opening the lid and coming into contact with air, they must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours (2 days) to maintain their natural properties.

1. What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel all orders that have not yet reached the "Shipped" stage without giving any reason. To do this, you can create a cancellation request from your "My Account" panel or contact our customer representative via our 0850 line. Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated immediately, depending on the payment method you used.

2. Can I return the products I received?

According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the right to withdraw from a purchase of food products is subject to the condition that "the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact." If the bottle caps are unbroken and the products are in a resalable condition, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date.

3. Who pays for the return shipping?

If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be entirely covered by us. However, in cases of personal cancellation or arbitrary returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer to maintain the food safety chain and cover logistical costs.

4. When will my refund be credited to my credit card?

Once the returned items reach our warehouse and the seals on the packaging are checked, your refund will be approved the same day. Depending on your bank's procedures, this amount will be reflected on your credit card within 2-7 business days, and on your debit card within 7-14 business days. Refunds for installment purchases may appear as installments on your statement due to bank regulations.

5. In which cases are returns not accepted?

Returns of food products that have been opened, had their seal broken, been tasted, or have spoiled due to improper storage conditions are strictly prohibited due to hygiene and food safety regulations. At Sorbe Drink, our goal is to always deliver the freshest and most untouched product to every customer.

1. Can I make wholesale purchases for my restaurant or cafe?

Yes, Sorbe Drink offers solutions specifically for the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector. To add our natural beverages, which will enhance the prestige of your business, to your menu, simply fill out the "B2B / Corporate Application" form on our website. Our regional distributors or corporate team will contact you with a customized price list.

2. Do you accept bulk orders for corporate gifts or special events?

3. How does the logistics process work for wholesale purchases?

We offer pallet-based or carton-based shipping options to our corporate partners. We deliver to your door in Istanbul and its surrounding areas using our own distribution network, and in other provinces through our contracted logistics companies. You can track inventory and manage periodic orders through our corporate control panel.

4. Can we request a sample?

We would be delighted if you would like to test the Sorbet Drink experience at your business. Registered businesses with a tax registration certificate can request a tasting set by filling out the sample request form. 5. What payment options are available for corporate clients?
